Bread, Dona Foltz, Family, Rolls
1 cup scalded milk
3 t salt
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup cooked seasoned potatoes
1 cup flour sift until blended add remaining flour about 5 cups
Turn out on board and knead until smooth.
Let sit until double.
Make into rolls.
Rise again
Bake 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes
